6 Women Maximum | A Turning Point, Not Just a Workshop

Merging the wisdom of horses with the essence of female leadership — Equipping and empowering women to lead with consciousness, compassion, confidence, and strengthen your self-reputation.

She LEADS is a high-impact 1- or 2-day immersive experience for women in leadership, business, and seasons of personal or professional transition who are ready for leadership development that goes beyond theory, and into real insight, reflection, and practice.

Most leadership development focuses on ideas, models, and strategy. This work is different.

Through guided experiences with horses, women receive immediate, non-verbal feedback that helps uncover blindspots, behavioural patterns, pressure responses, communication habits, and the way they are showing up in the moment. The horses respond to energy and presence — not what sounds good on paper — which makes this work both powerful and deeply practical.

This is not just about learning new leadership concepts. It is about becoming more attuned to yourself — your patterns, your presence, your triggers, your strengths, and the values driving your decisions. Through behavioural insight, reflective coaching, and experiential equine learning, you will deepen self-awareness, sharpen your ability to read and respond to emotional dynamics, and build the kind of grounded, responsive leadership that starts from within.

Experiential Workshop | Teen Girls Personal Empowerment

6 Girls Maximum | Self Leadership, Social & Emotional Awareness

A meaningful immersive experience for girls to reconnect with who they are and grow social and emotional awareness, self trust, empathy & compassion.

She Grows is a grounding 2-day immersion for girls aged 14–16, designed to help them reconnect with themselves, strengthen self-trust, and better understand the social and emotional world around them.

For girls navigating friendship pressure, self-doubt, emotional intensity, or the quiet exhaustion of trying to fit in, this experience offers space to slow down, reflect, and come back to who they are underneath the noise.

This is not about “fixing” anything.
It’s about helping girls better understand themselves, recognise what drives behaviour in themselves and others, and build the inner steadiness to respond to life with more awareness, confidence, and self-respect.

Through horses, reflection, guided coaching, and social and emotional learning, girls are supported to explore communication styles, the human needs that sit underneath behaviour, the cost of people-pleasing and fitting in, and what it means to lead themselves well.

They begin to understand that not everyone thinks, feels, communicates, or responds in the same way — and that better relationships often start with greater self-awareness, compassion, and understanding of difference.

This work helps girls build stronger self-trust, healthier boundaries, and a clearer sense of who they are. It gives them language for friendship dynamics, exclusion, insecurity, emotional reactions, and social pressure — while also helping them see how human needs like belonging, significance, connection, and protection can shape behaviour in both helpful and harmful ways.

There are no phones. No distractions. Just meaningful space to tune in, reflect deeply, and do some of the most important work of all: the inner work.

This experience blends equine-guided learning, practical coaching, and meaningful group connection to help girls grow emotional awareness, relationship insight, self-leadership, and the confidence to navigate life with greater clarity and compassion.

I Still Show Up for Teen Girls

— because, teen culture is in crisis.

Parents and carers across the country are watching their daughters navigate the pressure, social complexity, and emotional strain of today’s teen culture — and many feel unsure how best to support them.

This is a topic close to my heart. Our family made the conscious decision to support our eldest daughter to transition out of school and into a different learning environment at 15, so she could stand more fully in her strengths and continue learning in a space that felt healthier and better suited to her. We knew she needed room to reconnect with herself, rebuild her self-belief, and keep growing in an environment that felt respectful, supportive, and aligned.

Not every family has that option. And that is exactly why this conversation matters.

We need to look at resilience through a different lens.

Too often, young people are expected to “just ignore it”, “rise above it”, or “not let it get to them” when they are navigating repeated exclusion, put-downs, social power plays, insecurity-driven behaviour, or friendship dynamics that slowly chip away at their confidence and sense of safety.

Resilience should not mean teaching girls to tolerate unhealthy behaviour and simply carry the impact in silence.

We do not want girls to confuse resilience with putting up with behaviour that is harmful, disrespectful, or unhealthy. What’s needed is something deeper: a culture of awareness, accountability, compassion, and shared understanding.

Culture is the outcome of repeated behaviour — what is modelled, tolerated, encouraged, and ignored.
The culture young people experience is shaped by the behavioural patterns around them, especially the ones that go unnamed or unchallenged.

More education is needed — on the 6 Human Needs.

Many damaging teen behaviours are not random. They are often attempts to meet innate human needs — such as connection, belonging or significance — but are met in ways that are immature, destructive, reactive, or harmful to others.
When we help young people understand their patterns and WHY they are attempting to meet their very human needs, we create the opportunity for better behavioural choices, healthier relationships, and stronger social awareness.

This work is about helping girls understand themselves, navigate social pressure with greater clarity, and stay connected to who they are — while also building shared language around the behaviours, dynamics, and unmet needs that shape teen culture.

When the culture around a young person breaks down, it can deeply affect confidence, identity, wellbeing, and the way they come to see themselves. But when we build better awareness, better language, and healthier ways of relating, we create the conditions for something stronger, safer, and more compassionate to grow.

While my work today is largely centred around leadership and professional development for adults, I remain deeply connected to this space. As a mum to three girls, I know how formative and tender these years can be. I’ve seen firsthand the challenges that can come with friendship dynamics, identity, and social pressure, and how a lack of emotional awareness, empathy, and relational maturity in peer groups can affect a young person’s sense of self.

That understanding continues to fuel my passion for supporting girls in ways that strengthen confidence, self-leadership, emotional awareness, and compassion for others.

I also bring years of practical and professional experience working with teenagers through life-changing social and emotional development programs. I was trained by leading educators Mark Le Messurier and Madhavi Nawana Parker in both the What’s the Buzz? and The Confident Minds curriculums, and have co-facilitated and led programs for more than 450 children and teens, helping them build confidence, emotional awareness, and critical life skills.

This is my way of continuing to show up where it matters deeply — a one-of-a-kind experiential retreat offered only twice a year for girls who need space to come back to themselves. Through horses, reflection, and social and emotional learning, girls are gently supported to reconnect with who they are, build self-trust, understand healthier relationships, and grow the awareness, compassion, and inner steadiness to navigate life with more confidence.

Our girls are the future leaders, mothers, and community shapers of tomorrow.
